Adjustment of the List of Fees of the Registration Office

On 15 May 2023, the new List of Fees of the Registration Office of BX Swiss AG will enter into force. The following adjustments have been made: The fee pursuant to section 2.3 for initial registration applications that are physically submitted to the Registration Office will be adjusted. In addition, it is specified in the Sections 2.9.1 and 2.9.2 which fees are due for urgent applications. Finally, the new Section 2.16 provides that, in the case of applications which, after a period of six months (from the date of the first request for rectification), have not been rectified and have been written off by the Registration Office (by means of a negative decision), the fees will be due in full, and any fees already paid will not be refunded.
