BX ensures authenticity of prospectuses via blockchain
In order to ensure that approved prospectuses and supplements always correspond to the version deposited with the Prospectus Review Office of BX Swiss, we have integrated the certification solution from Certifaction into our processes.
Statement of name of review office and date on approved documents
In accordance with Art. 59 FinSO, the name of the prospectus review office and the date of review must be noted in a clearly visible place on the approved documents. Documents approved by BX Swiss receive a seal of approval:
The document completed in this way by BX Swiss is digitally signed after verification and stored in an unalterable form via the Ethereum Blockchain. This security procedure allows approved prospectuses to be registered on the Blockchain and provides the public with a simple tool to verify the authenticity of a document.
Every investor can check the authenticity of a prospectus with a simple drag & drop via the BX Swiss website: Prospectus verification.
The use of the documents supplemented with the seal of approval is recommended, but is voluntary.
