BX receives FINMA approval as Prospectus Review Office
At the beginning of May 2020, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA granted BX Swiss AG approval as a prospectus review office pursuant to Art. 52 of the Financial Services Act (FinSA). Admission will take effect on 1 June 2020, from which date registered applicants will be able to submit applications for the review and/or deposit of prospectuses via the BX Swiss online platform.
Reviewed prospectuses mandatory from 1 December 2020
The six-month transition period pursuant to Art. 109 FinSO begins with the admission of the two review offices of BX Swiss AG and SIX Exchange Regulation AG: Accordingly, from 1 December 2020, the obligation to publish a reviewed prospectus will apply to securities for which a public offer is made or admission to trading on a trading venue is sought.

Publication of prospectuses
According to Art. 64 par. 3 lit. d FinSA, the obligation to publish the prospectus may be fulfilled by electronic publication on the website of the Prospectus Review Office. Prospectuses reviewed by BX Swiss can be published at the request of the applicant without additional fees via www.regservices.ch.
BX Swiss supports fully digital application processes based on technological platforms and RegTech solutions of the latest generation. Users can always track the status of their applications via the online platform and are also informed immediately by e-mail about any changes. Individual users can be grouped together so that applications can be accessed by other team members.
