Update of the List of Fees for the Client Advisor Register
On 1 January 2022, the adapted list of fees of the Registration Office of BX Swiss AG will enter into force. Number 2.12 (electronic applications) and 2.13 (physical applications) have been added to the list of fees, which set out the fees for the renewal of entries in the Client Advisor Register in accordance with Art. 41 para. 2 of the Financial Services Ordinance (FinSO). In addition, number 2.14 and 2.15 explicitly set out the fees that apply in the event of a withdrawal of an application.

The requirements for the renewal of the registration pursuant to Art. 41 para. 2 FinSO will be announced in the first quarter of 2022.
