Please note that your webcam (prerequisite for participation in the training) must remain switched on at all times during the training.

Cancellation policy:

• There is generally a charge for booking the training course
• For cancellations up to at least 30 calendar days before the start of the training course, the training fee will be waived or refunded.
• Cancellations up to 14 days before the training date will be charged CHF 150
• Cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the course or no-shows will not be refunded
• Cancellations must be sent by e-mail to office@regservices.ch, stating the reason
• Rebookings are generally possible up to 14 days before the training date and subject to availability. Please send an e-mail to office@regservices.ch
