FAQ on the Duty to Register
As of today, BX Swiss is making FAQs available to help answer frequently asked questions about the obligation to register in the client advisor register:

The FAQs have been jointly prepared by the FinSA registration offices. FINMA has taken note of the English version. Translations into Italian and French are in preparation.
Since BX Swiss was granted approval as the first Registration Office in Switzerland, client advisors from 19 countries have already successfully registered in the advisor register. The deadline for initial registration is January 20, 2021. If you have not yet registered, we recommend that you do so this year.
