Refresher Training FinSA Code of Conduct Rules
Client advisors who are registered in the Swiss Client Advisor Register in accordance with the Financial Services Act (FinSA) must renew their registration every 24 months. As part of the renewal process, client advisors must demonstrate that they have attended a refresher training on their knowledge of the FinSA code of conduct rules.
From the end of August 2024, BX Swiss AG will offer such refresher courses in cooperation with Max & Hönig Rechtsberatung. The boutique law firm Max & Hönig Rechtsberatung specialises in financial market law and has assisted well-known financial service providers in Switzerland with the implementation of FinSA requirements.
The refresher course covers all important topics of the FinSA rules of conduct and provides an insight into related areas of law relevant to client advisors. The course is supplemented with practical cases to make the subject matter more tangible and accessible for participants.
Training overviewDuration of the training: 2 hours Languages: English or German Type of Training: Online training (web-based, no installation of programs necessary) with experienced legal expert; Participants also have the opportunity to ask the lecturer individual questions. Cost of the Training: CHF 320 per Person The training courses take place regularly (at least once per language and month), the next dates can be found on our website. On successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance, which can be presented to the Registration Offices as proof of knowledge. |
Participants need a webcam and must have their camera on during the entire course.
